Note from Suffield Town Hall:
At the January 7, 2015 Board of Selectmen meeting there was a unanimous vote to establish a Charter Revision Commission. The number of members and timeline of the initiative will be established at the next Selectmen meeting to be held on Wednesday, January 21st. We expect that the Charter Revision Commission will be providing their report by the end of June/early July which means frequent meetings, perhaps as often as weekly, will be necessary to accomplish the work.
Any registered voter who would like to be a member of the Charter Revision Commission should send a letter of interest with your background/resume and contact information to the First Selectman’s office by Friday, January 16th. This can be emailed to Lisa Trase, his administrative assistant, firstname.lastname@example.org or mailed/delivered to:

The Board of Selectmen expects to appoint members to the Commission at its’ next regular meeting on January 21st.
